His father Evel was famous for doing such death-defying stunts as his longest completed career jump at Kings Island theme park in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 25, 1975, jumping 14 buses and the exact amount of 133 feet.

Charmaine Blake is deeply saddened to report that on Friday August 5th, 2011, at the young age of 48, Francesco Quinn suddenly passed away. Francesco has been a beloved client of the Charmaine PR Firm for many years, and he will be dearly missed by all in the community. On Friday the 8th, Francesco was walking back from the store with his 9 year old son and collapsed on the street near his home in Malibu. It is believed that he died of a heart attack. Francesco is most known for his roles in the movies “The Platoon” and “Transformers, The Dark Side of The Moon,” and his Television roles in “JAG,” “24,” and “The Shield.” Son of legendary actor Anthony Quinn, Francesco was a huge talent and a wonderful man and father. He is survived by his three children, and is mourned by his friends, family, and fans. His tragic passing was very sudden and unexpected, and our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this difficult time.
The funeral took place in Santa Monica on Thursday, August 11th, 2011.
